About Cheadle and District foodbank
Our foodbank is a project founded by local churches and community groups, working together towards stopping hunger in the Cheadle area.
Our volunteers work with referral partners to provide a minimum of three days emergency food and support to people experiencing crisis in our community. We rely heavily on donations of food from individuals, charities, voluntary organisations and local businesses. You will find under our “donations” banner a list of foods and ancillary items which we currently need. Thank you to everyone who donates to us, every item matters and makes a difference. We are always in need of strong plastic carrier bags – donations always gratefully received!
The foodbank is committed to safeguarding the rights, well-being and safety of children and vulnerable adults who come into contact with the foodbank. Please click below to download our Safeguarding Policy.
