Today marks the anniversary of the first lockdown and we owe a huge THANK YOU to our project manager, the committee members and the volunteers who have kept the Foodbank open. A year ago the situation was extremely uncertain. What measures would be necessary to keep clients & volunteers Covid safe? We knew demand for our help was likely to increase but we could meet this? Many of our volunteers were vulnerable, so did we have enough to keep operating? But thanks to their determination & the guidance of The Trussell Trust HQ they found a way through and we have continued to help people in crisis throughout the pandemic.
