January went out like a lion at the Foodbank. We had a very busy finish last week after a relatively steady start to the month. Overall in January we have provided 28 food parcels, 12 of these in the last week. Thanks to your generosity we have been able to help 36 adults & 18 children with food and toiletries. We received 836kg food in donations and are immensely grateful to everyone who has donated. Particular thanks goes to the congregations of St Filumena’s Church, St Giles RC Church, the children at Painsley Catholic College and customers & staff at Sainsbury’s in Leek. Very special thanks to Morrisons supermarket who host our donations trolley and keep it topped up. THANK YOU ALL!!
