Our volunteers help us to provide food and practical support to people left without enough money to live on.
Volunteers make a difference in the local community across a range of roles, including boosting donations, packing food parcels, providing a warm welcome, tackling loneliness, signposting to additional services, connecting with partners, raising awareness and leading projects.
Volunteer roles
Stock and Storage Manager
Currently we are actively looking for a volunteer Trustee to help us with stock management and storage. You do not necessarily need skills in this area, only a willingness to learn. Food bank sessions are run on Wednesday mornings and Friday afternoons with limited amounts of time also required for committee meetings and management issues.
